The contest runs the full length of the warehouse sale, Wednesday September 2, 10am CT through Sunday September 6, 11:59pm CT. Final standings are taken at close.

How orders are counted

Every order placed through your link or code counts as one, regardless of size. Pending orders count live — which means a number can occasionally tick down if an order is denied or refunded. That's the board staying honest, not a glitch. Final totals are verified after the sale with cancellations and refunds removed.

Tie-breakers

If two affiliates finish with the same count, whoever reached it first takes the higher placement.

Prize fulfillment

Grand prizes are confirmed within 5 business days of close. Trip dates are scheduled together with our team. The grand-prize getaway is capped at $2,000 total — lodging is booked first and the remainder becomes an airfare stipend, which varies with dates. Winners may opt for a like-kind stay of equal value instead. Guaranteed $100 credits (10+ orders) and all placement credits — $1,000 for second, $750 for third, $500 for fourth, $250 each for fifth and sixth — are added to your account at the end of the month.
